Bought 3 headboards off these 6 weeks ago and when we went to fit we changed our plans so we couldn’t use them. Wanted to exchange for another headboard but they won’t exchange the ones we bought even though they haven’t been opened! Bought a bed off them as well I wish we didn’t and won’t be using them again. They don't state they get their stock from different suppliers so be carful before buying from this company.
A Few months ago I ordered some paint. We bought three 2.5L of tins and used two. Did not open or even take the third out of the packaging. On their website it states they accept returns if no damage has been made - I had to send photos on their website to request a return which they accepted for me to return. The paint was clearly not opened and I have photos of proof we did not open nor use it. They accepted the return.
