I am sorry to say that our visit to Dr. Rove was quite bizarre. The skin test was administered on the child's arm,instead of her back,and we were told it doesn't matter if she scratches!!!! Then,we were told she were not,in fact,allergic to dairy-that would be excellent news!-but,rather,to oats. We re-tested her,and she does have a life-threatening anaphylactic allergy to dairy,while oats are fine. What the heck? The office manager/nurse was kinda rude,too. Very sad.

This is a fraudulent review! The doctor is RoWe, not RoVe. Limited testing is frequently on the arm where it is more comfortable and one can sit up. Patient scratching is not encouraged (self testing, could blend the results together-unreliable results). A test for Dairy does not exist. No patient of this practice has been tested to only "dairy" and oats. Why would the patient be need to be retested; No matter whether the test was negative or positive, the history is the deciding factor.
Was treated with total disrespect. Went there for several years. Worst medical office we have ever went to. Completely unprofessional office manager Julie. Very mean woman. If you want to be disrespected and treated bad go there, but if you look at several reviews including mine, you will see same pattern of bad service for years. Since they opened their doors. Would definitely not recommend anyone to this doctor. You will see from the minute you call for appointment how rude this woman is.

Why would anyone keep going to a medical office for "several years" when they feel that they received such an experience. Individuals in abusive relationships cannot escape and transfer their anger to other, innocent situations that they feel that they control. The character assassination of my office manager is totally untrue and unwarranted, In over 27 years of exemplary service to the community, we have helped over 10,000 patients successfully regain control of their allergies and asthma.
