Dr Rowe has always called personally with followup and information. He goes beyond what most Drs do and me being a regist nurse I do know he is special and very knowledgeable.
This office shut down. No letters were sent to existing clients. Requested medical records following the procedure as they requested and no results. Allergists in area were in overload taking on these new clients in the middle of a pandemic. My medical needs were not critical. I commend all the physicians that took us. They had to start from ground zero. Reasons for abrupt closure unknown and I can respect that but not making our medical records available was poorly handled. Excellent! If you are looking for a doctor who will listen to the patient, ask a lot of questions to understand the patient, and is patient and kind- make an appt here ! Dr Rowe helped to diagnose and treat my 10 year old son , when two other physicians missed a few crucial clues. Very satisfied!
I have been a patient since Dr. Rowe started his practice. I have never experienced anything other than top quality care. I’ve never experienced problems with scheduling or with his staff.
I have been a patient of Dr. Rowe’s for several years. Recently I called the office to schedule an urgent visit and could not get an appointment for several days. If you need to cancel or reschedule—good luck. You cannot leave a message after office hours and they don’t answer the phone a minute before they open. Not a patient friendly experience. Very disappointing.
Nasty condescending receptionists!! I will never go back!
I have been seeing this doctor roughly about 16 years. The one lady that works there is so rude and I finally stood up for myself and told her I wasn't going to be talked down to. I called doctor Rowe to address this problem to get this problem resolved by leaving a voicemail. The very next day with a FedEx Express package saying he resigned me as a patient instead of calling me to address my concern like a professional doctor should have. I have very bad allergies and asthma. Do not go here!
I have been a patient of Dr Rowe for many years. The office is well run and very professional. Dr Rowe is a great doctor. He has taken care of my allergies and I have never had to wait if I needed an appointment when I am ill. I would recommend Dr Rowe to anyone that needed an excellent doctor for their allergies or asthma.
He helped me feel great when three other allergists could not. Never felt better in my life!
