The change here is brilliant. I've been here 3 times, the 3rd being the best. Staff took the time to listen to me and helped so much. I have respect for all the staff there as they do the best they can. I was always able to park. On entry, I didn't have to wait to be let in. I was greeted by various lovely people. The wait wasn't any longer than 10 minutes, but that was because I was early. This is the worst place to go for mental health They are absolutely terrible They make up stories about you and put words into your mouth you never said absolutely disgusting these people don’t help they make you 100 times worse avoid like the plague I think they need so much more training in every area to do their job properly god help you that is all I can say

As of two years ago and experience is by proxy - Zero interest or regard for the needs of those with a crippled state of mind. Beyond cold and almost cruel in approach. Get the impression they only aim to get mental health patients "off the books" Actually detrimental to the mental health of the patients and the mid level employees who have to witness the damage done by the snooty disregard of the seniors towards the extremely fragile patients.
