Came from out of town to purchase a new vehicle. I knew what I had in mind but my sales man Bill Patterson asked me what I wanted and helped me pick out the car of my dreams in just a matter of minutes. Bill Patterson is very helpful, insightful, real, and honest. He goes above and beyond for his customers and always makes sure you are well taken care of even beyond the car dealership. If you come to route 22 Honda looking for your next car, ask for Bill!
1 star is giving them too much. They wasted my entire day thinking we had a deal reached on a accord. Paper work was generated and started. Suddendly they came in and changed the entire offer by $50 a month. The manager was unwilling to admit his mistakes and tried to lie about why the numbers were changed. the reason they gave wound up changing after they were called out on it. Dont even waste your time coming here because the deal you hear probably isnt the actual offer.
This is the WORST car dealership I’ve ever been to.. A friend of mine and the dealership agreed on a (lease) deal and filled out paperwork, he had everything done then they pulled the offer and said it would be $50 more a month for the same car!!!!! This dealership has incompetent workers who can’t do simple math and blamed the entire thing on taxes?
