This is my second lease purchase from here and it has been nothing but a headache. They promised to pay of my last car however I am still getting a bill and my account is reading past due now. Also, they took a payment for my last car still hasn’t refunded me for that either. The manager Ike has not been helpful at all as far as communicating anything with me. I am so disappointed with the service I received this time around so I will not be purchasing another car from this dealership in the future.
If any one is interested on buying a car, I would definitely would recommend Rout 22 Honda. Ask for Hector Geronimo, Hector is a great sales person. He is kind, friendly and works around the customers desire. I would rate him a 10 out of 10 for customer service.
Héctor Geronimo sold me a 2019 Honda Accord. I was super satisfied with the survices he provided me with. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who would be interested in purchasing a car at Honda.
