I write this review with no hesitation because the service was just that great! My salesperson Sandie was amazing from beginning to end assuring I drove away with no money down and a smile on my face. She was patient, knowledgeable in her field and even after the purchase was made helped me to find the right insurance for my budget! Route 22 Honda at Hillside is the absolute BEST! I purchased my very first car there and needed to upgrade I knew exactly where and who to go to! For starters my salesman Matthew (Matt) is great! He asked me about my concerns and what I needed he made the process easy and comfortable! Along with Joel and Freddy! Awesome team and overall they make it a friendly experience! Definitely recommend it to all!
Keith Oxford was my sales person at RT 22 Honda. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and truthful. Instead of having the horrifying experience that I usually have when shopping for a car, I had a wonderful experience with Keith. If you are shopping for a car, Keith is the salesperson you want to see. No pressure. It was like shopping with a person you truly trust.
We went in not sure if what kind of car we wanted and Ralph was able to get us into the perfect car! He was very amicable and easy to talk to. Very great customer service from him and will make sure to go to him for next car purchase ! Highly recommend!!!!
