The service center is not nice at all, I purchased my car at this dealership and I called because I have two recalls on my new Honda , I was told that they cannot provide me a loner and I have to rent a car. Really? First of all recall is not fault of any costumer it’s the company fault and for this kind of services they have to provide loners. I would not recommend this dealership at all.
I financed a car 2 years ago and had a great experience. But now my AC isn't working and it's 100 degrees out. I took my car to the service department to get this taken care of and the part is on back order so I need to wait a week. I asked for a loaner car for the mean time since I have a 2 yr old and a 4 yr old and it's dangerously hot outside but was denied one. This is unacceptable and now I have to ride with 2 small children in this vehicle with temperatures over 100 degrees.
This is the fourth vehicle purchased from Route 22 Honda in Hillside (two Civics and now two CR-Vs). From my current car buying experience and the competent service department that has maintained my vehicles through the years, I would definitely recommend Route 22 Honda. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They go out of their way to please the customer. I have been happy with Route 22 Honda and, if you give them a chance, I think you’ll be happy too.
Man there manger rob is the worst I had and issue with the way I was treated , I waited 3 hours for and oil changes , I requested to speak to the manger rob , he never called , I called him 3 time and left message still no called , I’ve been going since the early 2000 , never again ,
Very unprofessional; money hungry . They have one of the worst services I ever been through . They make promises and deals and breaks them once u sign or once you take the car . I would never ever deal with them again . I got my money back and left . They should close down . They are very disrespectful and rude .
Not my first bad experience with service at Honda. Took my car in to get checked because it wasn’t starting properly. Turned out the positive terminal was corroded. Paid for it to be replaced, and it wasn’t. Came back to inform the staff. Although he apologized and partly refunded the money, I wouldn’t have known they didn’t do the job I paid for unless I checked when I got home. This will be the last time I return.
Terrible service. Got my brakes done here and they did a terrible job. They didn’t put the bolts back in the rear caliper and didn’t finish everything I was charged for. Had to get another mechanic to recheck everything. They came to MY garage and put the bolts back in took the car back to there shop and then told me to come pick it up like nothing happened
