I bought a Pre-Owned Honda Pilot from here last December... They do not care about you after sales done. Got my licence tag after 5-10 follow-up and personal visit. almost 3 months completed...still struggling to get car title. calls are being put in long hold... and even after that no one really picks up.
I was at Rt22 Honda for an airbag inflator recall. This was my first visit at Rt22 Honda. A very pleasent experience. Even though I was 1 hr earlier than my scheduled appointment, I was welcomed and finished innan hour. They even did a 40 point service inspectiob and washed my car. The service advisors were very friendly and professional. A definite 5 star experience.
Go see Kevin Rosa at Route 22 Honda. He was great- patient, informative, and service oriented. He after the sale, weeks later he called to find out how we were enjoying the car. A class act.
Started off with a great greeting. Gave us a small lesson on value. ( very valuable) . He heard us out on what we wanted and took us straight to our gold mine. We singled down to our top option and got to the numbers. He really worked hard to PRESENT our numbers to the manager. His smile and fondness made us feel as if he was our friend.
