My car was in for warranty window tinting work. What was expected to be two days turned into two weeks. The first time I picked up the car only the side windows were completed. The old tint on the rear window was partially scraped off. It took over a week to get the rear window completed. What we thought was going to be an easy process was not. We went through this dealership to purchase a new car. We got the loan check and had everything ready. Then on our way there got told that car was sold. They promised to get another one just like it. So we went to the bank the next day to redo our loan with the correct vin number. Overall my experience with Honda has been great up until the past year. I’ve had my car for 3 years & what a surprise I had to get a new battery every year. The parts department is no help at all when questioning about the 100 month warranty & why I’m having to continuously pay to get a new battery the sales person response was maybe it’s my car & where I brought it from.
