I do not recommend going through them for service, the dealership part end was very helpful.

You can never reach anyone in service and their mailbox is always full. I took a vehicle in for diagnostic work, they gave me a list of things needing replaced. One component was supposedly the main concern for my issue, that was incorrect. Not even close to being the problem (a loose bolt which they should have easily found if they had only addressed the other concern I had, which they did not). I requested their senior tech and they assured me the kid that worked on my truck was their most experienced tech. Lies and crappy... read more
RecommendedNo appointment needed for regular service , just pull in and 30 minutes later your ready to go! This made it so much easier to keep my cars service up to date. The people at Gilbert & Baugh are so nice and helpful too.
