Managed the flats where I lived in Hunstanton, thankfully not anymore, would send in incompetent tradesmen, when trying to get problems sorted out they were hopeless!! Now have another management company who are so much better. By the way we sacked them!!
Currently live in one of the block's of flats that rounce and evans manage. Always quick to help. Get back to calls quickly. When we had a wasp nest close by a few years back they helped straight away (thank goodness as I was terrified) Staff are always friendly and polite. I've had a leasehold management before and the service was never as good.

Very good agent, happy to work things out, a good mediator between tenants and landlords. Tend to raise rents gradually at regular intervals.
