RoughTrax 4x4 has by far the best customer service I have ever found. They always go above and beyond for the customer and will forever have me as a loyal customer because of it. Any questions are answered even if you’re not sure which part fits your vehicle they can find the right part for you and maybe save you some money in the process. 10/10 for this fantastic company …. Contacted Rough Trax for some out of stock parts and got a speedy reply, the parts landed and I got a speedy message and when I bought them I got speedy delivery. The parts are, as always, spot on and keenly priced. Cannot ask any more of a supplier, 5 stars all the way, every time.
Absolutely awesome company to work with. They are the ONLY people I have ever worked with/purchased from in the automotive industry that had any level of customer service and knowledge of Toyota vehicles. Every order came on time and all advice was solid. 50x better than 4x4 works. If they have what I need I will always choose Roughtrax over going to Toyota or any other parts dealers.
