I used Rogue Property Estates as a rental agent for my property from 2016 until I sold it in February 2025. DO NOT RENT from this agent - we lost our full deposit £2423 because of made up faults and condition reports. Correct their check-in and check-out reports for the many inconsistencies right away. They will make you pay for overlooking them. Note and record all faults or they'll make you pay for them. Read the shopping list of negative reviews before considering to use this agent. Beware - this agent knows how to professionally stitch up tenants. They are only interested in retaining their relationship with landlords.
