They came and had our drain pipes unfrozen within the hour which we had been working on all day unsuccessfully! They were also very helpful in answering all our questions to try to prevent this from happening again.
If I could give zero stars, I would. First, they failed to get a backup drain moving (Sunday emergency call = 2X the hourly rate), and said they'd come back Monday to jet it out. They did NOT call us on Monday morning to say when they were coming, then five hours later they said they'd be right there, and after yet another hour later they admitted the jet truck was actually three hours away from us and would not be there that day. Outstanding performance. Randy and his crew did a great job for us. Installation of the new septic system went very smoothly. Not only is it great today but Randy put thought into the system to make it user friendly for the future. I highly recommend that you use their services.
