Get directionsTerrible company! I would never do business with Roto Rooter again! They’re extremely unorganized; the right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing; they came to check out a leak which left me with machines drying the spot where the leak was and that coasted $1044.00 even though they left it days longer than required due to no one being able to pick them up supposedly. They took mold samples, yet no one else was aware of the mold remediation. Not the other roto-rooter staff, their financial department, not my insurance com... read more

Also, Nick L****** was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was extremely argumentative and hung up on me while trying to pay the bill for the subpar work that they’d done. Ticket Number ********- Devastation and destruction, Roto-Rooter arrived on time Monday 12/29/2020, the service person was polite, but beyond that, I have a million questions that were never answered. As well, I'm still waiting for a call back from a manager or someone at the company that has the slightest clue of what they're doing. Our bathtub was filling with water when anyone would take a shower, the water would not drain so we called Roto-Rooter, I honestly thought this would be simple and quick, and the drain would be ... read more

Our kitchen sits on a concrete slab and does not have a basement under it. Therefore the drain and plumbing run through the concrete. The pipes going to the kitchen slab can be seen in the basement wall. Just before Thanksgiving we noticed water coming from those pipes and running down the wall, over the basement floor to the drain - so it was a pretty significant leak. We contacted Roto-rooter and they sent someone out to map out the layout of the pipes in the slab and identify where in the slab the leak could be found. The... read more

Roto Rooter is very deceptive. I was told that there was no trip fee, service charge, etc. I had a tiny measuring spoon caught in my disposal and I wanted an estimate for draining sediment from my water heater as well. The man showed up and reached into the disposal and pulled out the spoon. It took 2 seconds. He said he wouldn't charge me for that. Then when I asked about draining the water heater tank, he said the charge would be $300 an hour (and it would take approximately an hour)! That hourly rate is extraordinarily ex... read more
Plumber came out to diagnose and in turn broke our water heater. Then proceeded to make us either pay him $250 for the repair (a valve change) or leave us with no hot water. Then, we were quoted over $4k for a water main replacement for a water line that is no more than 50ft long. ABSURD!
NEVER... NEVER... AGAIN!! WE ARE DISABLED SENIOR CITIZENS. WE HAD AN EMERGENY PLUMBING NEED AND THIS COMPANY CHARGED US WHAT WE FEEL IS AT LEAST 4 TIMES THE PRICE THEY SHOULD HAVE. THEY TOOK ROOTS OUT OF AN OPEN CLEAN OUT, REPLACE THE CLEAN OUT CAP AND ABOUT 2 FEET OF DRAIN FOR NEARLY 3 THOUSAND DOLLARS !!
If I could rate them a zero I would. I had a clogged sewage line and the tech they sent spent several hours fighting with the snake. appeared to handle the problem and i paid approx $525.00 I was supposed to have a camera guy call and set an appointment to come and wiew the line to make sure it was clear. Did talk to a guy approximately 4 days later and set an appointment for after 3 pm the following day. He called me at 2pm and said he was at my house. i could not be there at that time and asked him to return after 3 as ori... read more

I called Roto Rooter to unclog my drain . I advised them that I had ******** Waters as a back up as protection for the trap outside my house, I truly wasnt aware that ******** also snakes your drains for free if your already paying a monthly fee for protection. Roto Rooter down talked Amercan waters and didnt tell me that they knew about this. They charged me $485.00 to simply snake my drain by rushing me into it preying on a first time home buyer wanting relief from flooding in my basement afraid of taking another day off wo... read more
