Terrible service, extremely overpriced, left my sidewalk unfinished, tried to leave cleanout above grade. Overall a complete disaster. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

One of the water heaters was leaking so I called Roto-Rooter, big mistake, the plumber (Kostadin) suggested changing the other water heater at the same time and I trusted his recommendation not knowing that he is trying to create more work. He told me that it will cost between $3300 to $3500 to replace both and because I was desperate I know that is taking advantage of the situation I told to go ahead. Immediate response team was great, but the clean up crew were terrible. Took forever to get them to come out. Had to take multiple days off work just waiting for them to show up while we waited for raw sewage to be cleaned up by the "professionals". Charged almost $3,000 for spraying some cleaning fluid and setting up dehumidifiers. Don't hire unless you're willing to be overcharged and under communicated with. Customer satisfaction is very low on their priority list as long as they can bill you.

Excellent Service, prices were a bit higher but they did a camera on my line and gave me a six month warranty.
Great service explained everything up front and through the process. Explained pricing before work started. Will use again.

One unfortunate evening, we discovered a leak that had been hidden behind our washer and dryer. It had definitely been leaking for some time, as the entire wall was mush. We were able to pull a section of drywall out with our hands but black mold fell out. We immediately panicked. It was later on a Saturday evening and I had doubts we would find help as soon as we needed it.
