Our water heater was leaking and Ronnie S. came out on Monday and by Tuesday afternoon we had a new hot wart heater. Very happy with Ronnie and the quick service and all his advice and help. We would definitely use them again for any of our plumbing needs.

We had some tree roots causing a problem in our sewer this a.m. My husband called Roto Rooter and technician, Eddie G., was out within an hour. He worked so hard and told my husband every step he was doing. We were so impressed with his knowledge and hard work ethic. We will definitely call RR again!

I can't remember the last time I received such outstanding customer service as when your service technician Dwayne came to our house to fix our plumbing issue. What started out as a seemingly simple "unclog the toilet" call, turned into a creeping nightmare that Dwayne not only identified, but fixed for us on a Saturday afternoon!!! You've won my loyal support and I won't hesitate to call or recommend your staff in the future!! Great job keeping great employees!

I called Roto-Rooter of Charlotte to fix some problems with my toilet. Dmitry arrived right on time, identified the issues, and provided an estimate on both cost and time. In less than one hour my toilet had been rebuilt and the problems fixed. Dmitry was both professional and polite while completing the rebuild. I'm very happy with Roto-Rooter and will call them in the future should I need any plumbing assistance.

Impeccable service! I was absolutely pleased with the professionalism of the technician, Mr Barker Keith. The receptionist was helpful and friendly when we called. We received prompt response and service. They are not overpriced. Overall we were very satisfied and I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anybody.

I called Roto-Rooter for a toilet leak and loose on floor situation. Technician Gavin #228 was prompt, professional, and extremely courteous. He quickly found and identified the problem and gave an accurate estimate. The service fee was reasonable. I would happily recommend Roto-Rooter for plumbing services. They have saved me many times over many years living in this area, and they provide service better than most at reasonable fees. I was especially impressed with Gavin on this trip.

I called Roto-Rooter for a toilet at my business that would not stop running. They came promptly and immediately fixed the problem. Dwayne Blair, my technician, did an excellent job completely replacing the inner workings of the toilet, and viola, no more constantly running toilet. I can't wait for next months much improved water bill! I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who has plumbing needs!

charlotte, nc. Invoice#17452181. Tech. Gavin 228. Technican got the job done pretty quickly. 1st quoted price was pricey for the job of a leaky faucet but did come down on the price b/c the issue was easily resolved and an easy job.

I had no ideal that Roto Rooter was this great. Upon arrival, he assessed the situation and fixed the problem. This company serves not only the local community, they also care and serve our military veterans. I know because, I am a Veteran. Again, thanks to Roto and Ronnie for providing excellent service.
