Dmitry did a great job solving my laundry room dilemma! I had sewer gas coming into the room every time I did laundry (gross!,) and he fixed everything that was causing the problem. Within minutes, the odor was gone completely!

Since buying this house 6 months ago I have experienced low water pressure. I called Roto-Rooter and they sent out John Turpin and his peer Carlos. I explained the problem to them and they went right to work using professional equipment and soon located the buried pressure regulator valve. The valve was bad so i suggested they replace it..They did so in a very professional manner and marked its location for future reference. We had a leak on the hot water line at our washing machine hook-up. We contacted Roto-Rooter and Ronnie came out and checked out our problem and gave us a great estimate. . However, after much consideration, due to the fact that our home is 40 years old, we contacted Roto-Rooter and informed them that rather than just fixing the one leak, that we would rather have the whole house re-piped. Had been having issues with my pressure reducing valve due in part to old age and the number of water line breaks we have been having in the community, which my community exclusively uses Roto-Rooter now for all of our plumbing needs. Hal C. showed up on time, (actually a little earlier, which was even better for me) and had the PRV inside my home out and a new one installed in less than an hour. I was extremely satisfied with his knowledge and the job he did for me.
