Butch, the technician with Roto-Rooter, came out this afternoon and replaced the pressure reducing valve. He was professional and at the same time personable. The price quoted was the price charged. I will also note that I neglected to print out the coupon I found online. I talked to someone in billing just a minute ago, and she told me that they will send me a check for $40 after my check has cleared. I was very impressed with the customer service. I would recommend Roto-Rooter.

My wife and I received an Aquasauna In home water filtration system, http://www.aquasana.com/product_detail.php?product_id=27, and we needed it installed. We had another service come out to quote installation. He took one look and said "you're wasting time and money" without batting an eye. When I asked him if he's seen one before he said NO. Terrific, Stan (the repairman) came the day I called, fixed a drain that wouldn't drain and left the area clean and ready to use! First time I've used them and if anything happens again, I would definitely call them---even my dogs liked them!

Called ROTO-ROOTER last week for a broken hot water heater. Ronnie explained everything that needed to be done. He left everything clean and done a great job! I would call ROTO-ROOTER again.

I live in charlotte, nc. The Dmitriy and Roto Rooter were great. We had a big job that we had been putting off for a while. When they came he was very professional and gave us 3 options. Everything went smoothly and he was great at leaving the scene as he found it after completing the job.

This is the second time I've used Roto-Rooter and each time they have not disappointed me. The latest call was for a slow flushing toilet. I tried all the suggestions on the internet and nothing worked. With family coming for the holidays, it was time to wave the white flag. From my initial call, customer service was exemplary. Within an hour, Ronnie was here. I had a clog that was not accessible with my standard equipment and Ronnie was able to clear it and saved the day. Not quite on time, but was quick to offer a discount for being a little late. Service was excellent, #plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Left everything clean and did everything he could to resolve the problem, but the problem is in the septic tank. Service was provided in Grover, NC. #plumber #rotorooter

Wonderful service from Vasiliy! My kitchen sink wouldn't drain and the disposal want working. He arrived within the hour and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. He showed me what he did and also made sure the dishwasher water drained, too. I'm clueless when it comes to plumbing so I really appreciated his patience and thorough explanation! Will recommend Roto-Rooter to my family and friends and will certainly use the company again should the need arise! Thank you!!

We had our kitchen sink stopped up & after trying the usual do-it-yourself remedies we determined that we needed a plumbing service. We called at least six different plumbing companies on a Saturday & Roto-Rooter was the only one able to offer service that day.
