Just had an incredible experience. Had some tree roots the had infiltrated the sewer line to a house. Caleb Mazzurzo #5353 was incredible. On time, knowledgeable, and so pleasant through the whole experience. And of course, it is fixed!!!
I called because of a sewage backup and within the hour Caleb was at my door and quickly fixed our clogged drain. He also called water restoration to access the water damage to our basement. The whole process was easy and alleviated the added stress of home ownership. We have used Roto-Rooter in the past and they are always professional and willing to explain the issue and options to complete the job. I highly recommend them for future plumbing and drain services!

Before leaving, he double checked to make sure he had indeed totally cleared our backed-up main sewer line. We appreciated how he was happy to answer all our questions. Justin David (#5289) was terrific. He quickly assessed the issue (a leak), determined the root (pun intended) of the leak, and then quickly provided a strategy for fixing the problem. He was prompt and the fix was made in a relatively short time. It was a great relief!
