I called to get a drain cleared. Adriel #5868 arrived the same day, solved the issue and gave me pointers to prevent the issue from recurring. Roto isn’t cheap but that’s not Adriel’s fault. He was top notch.
Adriel (#5868) was wonderful. He was professional and personable, and thorough. He helped me understand the problem, the solution, and what I need to know to prevent future problems from occurring. Nobody wants their pipes to back up, but I'm glad I was able to get prompt and high-quality service.
The plumbers were really nice gentlemen. They were always very polite. We had them do two projects - one was a clogged drain that was REALLY clogged. They did fine with the work but omg it shouldn't be 370 to run a snake down the drain. Seriously? The other was a leaking toilet. They told us that the floor under the toilet needed to be replaced and they actually did a really nice job with the section that they did. Josh, Technician #5883, did an outstanding job in clearing out a drain in my newly remodeled basement bathroom. He was punctual, personable, and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. In bringing heavy equipment to the area, he was quite careful not to scratch walls or floors (he even cleaned the wheels of the equipment to avoid getting the stairs dirty) and in lifting the toilet he made sure that the bathroom floor was protected and kept clean. Craig Wright #188858 was training Melton J. Greenleaf and both were very professional and kind. Thus far I am very satisfied with the work. They also went above and beyond by providing me information that they did knit have to give and cleaning areas that they did not have to clean... it wad all greatly appreciated!
Adriel #5868 did a great job and took time to understand the whole septic system ( older mountain homes are a bit irregular, to say the least). He got everything fixed competently and quickly. If it happens again, I hope he can come back and fix it!
I have called other plumbling companies in the past during my career and this Plumber tech , they sent out by the name of Julien his employee number 2353 went beyond. he did not stop trying to break free the object that was stuck in this apartment's toilet. He finally was able to which took a huge weight of stress off me as the building's maintenance man.
I had another great experience as always. I have roots that grow into my pipes so I have Roto-Rooter come over once a year or so. A tech named Angel (5767) did the work this year and did a great job. He was very polite, kind, and worked quickly. The only downside this year was that they got a bit backed up and missed the service window they gave my by about 2 hours.
