I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience. They sold me on a complete water remediation process that included remediation for black mold and complete restoration of the damaged area to "put back" status, meaning all repairs and everything back to the status it was prior to the leak. These were both complete lies. As the process unfolded they told me there was in fact no black mold, and they did not handle any of the repair of the damaged area. I've used a lot of companies over the past few years to come out and clean our line and scope our pipes, but Roto Rooter was the first company to come out and really involve me in the entire process from start to finish. Adriel (5868) came out and cleaned the line twice during his visit to ensure it was as clean as possible, and he pulled in Jon with a camera to really get to the root (ha!) of the problem. I can't express my joy and total happiness with this company. I couldn't call them for service until the last moment on a Friday afternoon. Didn't think I could get any service for at least 3 days - well surprise surprise, one of their plumbers offered to take my job AFTER his normal day of work. AWESOME... I have never been disappointed in the work done by Roto Rooter. You want quick dependable service? then call and schedule with Roto Rooter as soon as possible.

We had Roto-Rooter come out to work on a clogged kitchen drain a few weeks ago and was given a 6-month warranty. So when we had trouble again, I called to have them come back out. Adriel (5868) came out last night and figured out a different way to approach our problem, he was very efficient and knowledgeable and our drain is working great. I had my drains back up and flood a bathroom in the lower level of my house on a Sunday and called 5 plumbers before Roto Rooter said they could get out and do it. A difficult clog as it took My service guy Kyle quite a while to figure out the best way to accomplish the job. Steve with the cleanup crew came out and conferred and checked for a recorded damages. Had a great experience today when I scheduled an appointment to get a drain cleared. We have used Roto Rooter multiple times over the years. They were very prompt, and Craig, one of their lead technicians, was very professional and courteous. I will definitely use their service if needed in the future!
