Craig Wright was my tech. (#3786). He was very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated the prompt service provided. A different person scoped our pipes afterwards and he did a great job as well, explaining things carefully. Would recommend to others and will use again if need be.
Celina did a fantastic job replacing my sump pump. She was professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions. My only complaint about the business was that they were not able to get someone out here until an hour AFTER the end of the quoted 4-hour window; however, the dispatcher did call me towards the end of the quoted window to let me know that there was a delay.
So i was very frustrated and annoyed that my drain was backed up and how much it would cost to fix it as a single mother you worry about these things but Scott Hochevar made me feel at ease with giving me a discount and working with what i could afford and i appreciate that more than he knows. I had a great experience with Roto Rooter! In the past no one really wanted to trouble shoot problems in the older part of the house. Daniel Wyatt made the initial visit and was very knowledgeable and was all over the issue. He was able to clear the blockage and begin planning with a plumber to repair the solution. Colin Hoppe came out a little later to look into the issue, and then the next morning came out and was able to promptly repair the issue so that there is no more leaks. Super experience with Roto-Rooter. Adriel was friendly, polite, concerned with keeping the work site clean and very good at assessing the problem and addressing it. We have had two other plumbers out to address this same problem. One was messy and irritable, the other couldn't quite figure out why we were having the problem we were having. Celina did a fantastic job on replacing my old garbage disposal. She even went to Home Depot to pick up the new disposal for me as I could not drive since I just had foot surgery. She was very courteous and professional. She even corrected other piping issues I had! She knows her stuff! I would definitely request her again if the need arises.
The Tech was able to get to my problem very fast and my problem was taken care of. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing.
