Five stars for rotor rooter. Matt #165 was at my house for over two hours snaking my main line of roots. I also had a backed up toliet that he plunged for me. Friendly and prompt service. Thanks again.
Called on a Sunday evening, was told they would call first thing in morning to set up appointment. They called and gave me a 2 hour window of when the technician would be here, and he was here at earliest time. Matt #165 was very friendly and efficient. He gave advice to prevent further problems. Would recommend Roto Rooter to all my friends.
My main sewer line going from my house to the street had a bunch of tree roots clogging it up, so I called Roto-rooter at 3pm to schedule an appointment and the repair man was at my house that same day by 4pm. He tried getting the roots out with an auger, and because there was so many roots he wasn't able to get them all out, so he had to run back to his shop to get a more powerful machine that jetted water through the line to help get the roots out. Excellent Service! Had a water leak last Friday and called Rotorooter. They fixed it right away!!!
Went online an scheduled an appointment for the next morning - very easy and quick. Recieved an email that my appointment was confirmed. Next morning got a call before the scheduled appointment time saying that they would be out and fix the issue. The plummer in Fort Wayne came within 30 minutes, he was very professional, resolved the issue, an cleaned up everything before he left. Great job Roto-Rooter
Roto-Rooter Plumbers – On Memorial Day 2012 had a problem with my plumbing. Call Roto-Rooter between 5-6pm. They call be back within 10 minutes and was at my door within 30 minutes after the call back. Nice plumber and he got the job done. I am located in Fort Wayne
roto-rooterlumbers – This is the third time with Roto-Rooter over a number of years and each time has been a good experience.. They come from Fort Wayne in a timely matter and are always helpful and fast on the job. The plumber was very helpful to us and gave suggestions to help us in the future. Fort Wayne is about 20 to 25 min drive for them but never said a word about coming to the country. Thanks again.
