Roto-Rooter Plumbers – While calling for an appointment with Roto-Rooter, I was pleasantly surprised a plumber could show up that morning, sooner if possible at our Ft, Wayne home. He came sooner, explaing in detail to my husband all steps needed to solve our backup problem. We were so worried our yard would be dug up. Eventually, he needed to "flush" out our system. Did a great job and our problem is over! No digging our yard up! "Dax" was very courteous and professional. Would recommend Roto-Rooters to anyone.

Drain Problem. – Called Roto-Rooter in Fort Wayne to service our drain problem. We had water in the basement and toliet was running over. The plumber took care of our problem. I would of given 5 stars but he was not happy that we didn't have a clean out access and he had to take his equiptment down stairs.

They came less than an hour – I called Roto-Rooter and they were out to my home in less than an hour. They fixed the problem in 90 minutes. Overall I am happy with my service. I only gave 4 stars because he kept tracking sewage on my carpet because he didn't wear any protective boot covers or lay down any floor covers. Otherwise I would have gave him five stars.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers – The plumber who came to our home was very professional. He explained everything that needed to be done to correct the problem with the plumbing. He had me sign an estimate before he began working. He showed me his work when he was finished and even did a couple of extra things that needed to be done, with my consent. I had a very good experience with Roto-Rooter and will definitely call them again with any other plumbing needs I may have. Highly recommend this service.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers – On Wednesday, March 28th I had water backed up from a drain in my basement that is no longer working and the basement toilet was backed up. I looked up Fort Wayne plumbers and Roto Rooter was the first that came up. I called and told them my problem and they said someone could be out in a few hours. I asked for a ballpark range and got 175-280$. They called before the tech came. Dax, was very friendly. Great Service; Very Fast – We recently had a plumbing problem that arose on a Friday evening. On Saturday morning we called Roto-Rooter in Fort Wayne IN and they made time to fit in my appointment before 1pm that day. The plumbers were very friendly and very efficient. They had the problem taken care of in less than 30 minutes. I will be calling them back if any future problems ever arrive. Thanks

Excellent service – The staff at Roto-Rooter is very professional. I had an appointment scheduled from 9-11 and was a little nervous about scheduling. I spoke with the representative on the phone and explained that I had to run children to school and one had an orthodontist appointment, and she said not to worry. They would make sure they called me when a technician was on the way so I could run my errands. Excellent customer service!
