Great Service – We had standing water and a clogged basement drain. My initial phone call was professional and the young lady was extremely polite and informative. The plumber was quick, thorough, clean, and still stayed long enough to answer my questions. I will always recommend this service.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers – I called Fort Wayne Roto-Rooter for a plumber to come fix my sink that had a busted pipe and clogged garbage disposal. He did a magnificant job! I believe he worked to the best of his ability and in no time flat!

Roto Rooter 2-3-2012 – Called the Transportation Drive location in Fort Wayne on 2/2/12 to schedule clearing a clogged tub. The plumber arrived at the promised time and immediately took care of the plug. No mess and no delays. Very satisfied and will call them again.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 1-3-12 – I called Roto-Rooter Plumbers on New Years Eve because I was in need of a plumber to clear my main line. In my mind, I'm thinking this will be a simple fix. A plumber (who shall remain nameless) came out to my Fort Wayne home and was in and out in less than 30 mins. He told me he had cleared the line and solved my problem. SEWER SERVICE – Saturday 12 noon; washing clothes; sewer backing up into tub and shower stall; can't flush toilets. Called two other sewer services companies before calling Roto-Rooter. RR called back first (never heard from 1st company called); within an hour of placing call, service man was at our door; he (Mike) worked diligently in the frigid cold for approx two hours opening sewer line to get us flowing again; still need more work done but were happy to be able to use facilities within a reasonable amount of time. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 1/14/2012 – Woke up this morning to a bathroom shower leaking down into garage!!! Yikes! Needed a plumber desperately! But No need to fear...called Fort Wayne Roto Rooter and they were here within a few hours! Fair prices..immediate fix!! Gave us some pointers on what to do if the leak shows back up without having to tear into our wall. They always leave the worse case scenario for last! Thanks again Roto Rooter!! Even the worse case scenario is a fair and affordable price!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 01/06/12 – Got a broken disposal on a Thursday night called Roto Rooter of Fort Wayne and the next day they were out to put in a new one. The price they quoted me on the phone was the price I paid. The plumber they sent was professional and knew exactly what was the issue and taught me how to avoid it in the future.

review for Roto-Rooter Fort Wayne, IN – The plumber from Roto Rooter was very friendly, professional, and hard-working. I was so grateful to have Roto Rooter help us out when we found our basement flooded in the evening. It was a snowy night but it didn't stop our plumber from arriving on-time! He was quick to solve the problem and replace our sump pump. We will definitely use them again if needed, and we will tell our friends of our experience. Thanks for the rescue!
