The technician that came out was very knowledgable and very friendly. He explained everything he was doing every step of the way. I had additional questions besides the problem he came out for that he was also able to answer. They are a great company and if needed would be the first ones that I call.

Technician came to our house within 45mins of being called. Our septic was clogged in the basement. He was able to fix it within 30mins. He was very fast and friendly. I would use this company again.

Great Service – I had Roto-Rooter at my house on December 3, 2013 to fix a leaky toilet. I found out that the toilet tank was not installed properly when it was first installed seven years ago. They did a good job fixing the unit and I now have a non leaking toilet for the first time. They were on time and the pricing was fair.

Technician came in the time frame specified and was great. He identified the issue very quickly. My sewage pump needed to be replaced. He gave me an initial estimate of between $800 - $1200. He left to get a pump and when he came back he said he got one at a good price. Bottom line: my bill was less than the estimate - $703.58! I was very pleased.

Had a great experience. Rob was fast. Kitchen line on the way to main line was stopped up. I broke my auger trying to clear it. It took him less than 20 minutes and the price was reasonable. Thanks guys!!
