RotoRooter did what no one else could! We had an issue that ended up being a city problem...3 plumbers later we finally called RotoRooter and our amazing technician found the gravel in the sewer and called the city out on the spot. Our only regret is not calling RotoRotter first-would of saved so much time and money!

We had a leaky pipe and under the sink in the kitchen. The plumber arrived first thing in the morning and replaced it for less that he quoted us. He was quick,efficient and friendly. We will use your services again if the need arises. Thanks for the great service!

One of the most professional service calls I've ever experienced. Very helpful, informative, patient, and knowledgeable. Called them and they showed up the next day on time and got right to work. The technician was fast and ready to go when he showed up. Would defiantly recommend Roto-Rooter on Transportation Drive to all friends and family or anyone else who will listen.

After having a bad experience with another plumbing company (not fixing the problem, leaving a huge, disgusting mess behind) we called Roto-Rooter in Fort Wayne, IN. We had a back up in our sump pump and you could smell it through our whole house. Roto-Rooter showed up when they told us they would and were able to fix the problem. They were quick, professional, clean, and very effective. Next time we won't make the mistake of calling someone else. We will definitely use Roto-Rooter of Fort Wayne.

We called Roto Rooter in Fort Wayne, IN and they were very friendly and provided ius with how much it would cost us for them to do the work. They also stated if we chose not to use them, that there would be a fee. We liked their honesty. The technician on the first day arrived when were told. He was friendly and informative. I would have to say that this is the first time we have used Roto rooter for service and it won't be the last. The experience first started with a service order being create by a nice lady named Sheri over the phone. She set me up with an on call notification on when the tech was going to arrive at my home. Working all day I told her depending on the time I would possibly get to leave work for a little while. We used the Roto Rooter from Ft. Wayne, IN. We had our tech, Rob tech #140, come out exactly when we requested a service call via online. It was very east to schedule a service call. Once the tech got there, he was kind but right to the point. He gave me a fast price quote and fixed the problem.

The technicians that came out were friendly and very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond what we were expecting. They made sure they went over the problem and what they were going to do and then went over all the paperwork before they left. I would use them again if needed and would recommend them to friends.
