We saw our ceiling leaking at about 8 p.m., shut off the water to the house, and called Roto-Rooter. There's a toddler at home so being without water for a few days until a plumber could show up was a no-go. Roto-Rooter Plumbers – The plumber Wayne arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He let me know up front what he would be doing and the cost to repair the issue. He did a great job and we would use him again or recommend to anyone. Roto-Rooter is a great Birmingham company!

Remove and Replace shower valve – The plumber was sent within 30 minutes of my phone call. The service as done on 2/9/12. I'm just getting a chance to submit my review because I've had computer problems. The plumber was very pleasant. I felt as if he was being honest about the situation at hand. Actual service time was approximately 1 hour. Thank You.
