I called Roto Rooter last week they had a serviceman Ronald dispatched within a hour he was professional and got the job done. It was a big job and he was dedicated enough to stay until 8 pm to finish it. i would recommend them.

I called the Birmingham area Roto-Rooter to report my problem, and Jeremy showed up at my house within 30 minutes. He inspected the plumbing, and found the problem was with my pressure regulator. He had a replacement part already with him, so he was able to get my water running beautifully in about an hour. I thought the labor cost was a little steep, but I guess it was worth it for the immediate, quality service.

The Birmignham AL. area Roto-Rooter team was awesome. The technician showed up in a very timely manner on a Saturday. He did not mind me watching while he fixed a leak from our water line. He was also informative on how to fill the hole back in and was able to finish the job quickly and efficiently.

Roto Rooter made it easy to make an appointment that fit my schedule. They called to confirm the time and actually arrived early. Kitchen drain was unclogged professionally and the technician, Terrance, was very persistent in doing the job right.
