Toilet was clogged. Called at 8:00 am and had a Service Tech at my home by 9:00 am. Wow! They were here around an hour or so and cleared a clog in both upstairs bathroom toilets. Steve and Gerald were very polite, professional and got the job done quickly! I would definately use Roto-Rooter again. Thanks for a job well don.
Tub needed pipes cleared. I tried 3 different hair and other solvents, then ran a snake down the pipe, still no good. Called Roto-Rooter and a service tech named Miles came out. Very polite, very efficient, got the job done at very reasonable cost. He even offered suggestions for future maintenance. Very happy!
Came home on a Friday afternoon and found a leak in relatively new plumbing. Contacted the original installer but they were not able to come out. Contacted Roto-Rooter and the dispatcher said it would be about 2-3 hrs. Chad was out in just over an hour. He clearly understood the Wirsbo piping system I had and fixed the leaks caused by a rat that had chewed through three (3) places. This is my first experience hiring a plumber and Roto Rooter made my experience so awesome. I love my guy, Chad Stump. Roto-Rooter was there in an half hour. He listened to my distressful plea for help and went right to it. He was humorous which eased my stress and most of all, he did an awesome job. I can go on and on about how great he his. Anyone who I know who needs plumbing will get an earful of great things about Roto Rooter's CHAD STUMP!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 11-13-2012 were called to unplug a clog in our rental house. There was a plumber out to the house w/in the 2 hour time frame I was allotted and the clog was fixed w/in 30 min of the plumber arriving at the house. Extremely satisfied with the service and the 6 month work guarantee. Would recommend this company to anyone!
Roto-Rooter Plumbers, Tacoma - Date of Service 28 Oct 2012 I called Roto Rooter Tacoma because I needed help on a recent Garbage Disposal project. I'm glad I called! The project turned out to be more complicated than a normal install because of the old piping in the house. My plumber, Chad, was extremely knowledgable and friendly. I would definitely recommend their services.
Represetative Rick came to the house yesterday after only about a 40 minute wait and worked diligently at repairing a seriously clogged drain He offered suggestions and quoted charges noting the options available for me. The work was completed and kitchen left clean I will use them again.
