March 19,2015 Ryan McKenzie came out today to fix a broken pipe...It was a big job due to the fact that the pipe was located behind our cabinets. He was on time, very professional and did a great job! He even cleaned up the mess! I would highly recommend Ryan and Roto-Rooter. Sherrie

Adrian, Brandon & Jose did a fantastic job on my sewer line. Even though I did not have a problem at this time I was advised to replace the line as it ran under a driveway that I was having replaced. I was given a quote to pipe burst my old line and Adrian,Brandon & Jose showed up the next day. Brandon & Jose worked till well after dark to get the job done. We have had an ongoing issue with drains backing up in our house. We called Roto-Rooter and Todd was quick to assess the problem. The next day, Adrian, a camera specialist was able to confirm Todd's evaluation that outside pipes needed to be replaced. Rubin was able to complete the job on the very same day. He arrived 11 am and did not stop until the job was complete which was almost 6 pm and very dark. Yes, it was costly but we were given a substantial guarantee. Highly recommended! They sent a plumber (Phil) to our condo on a holiday to help fix the low water pressure in our sink. Phil was very knowledgeable and quickly determined the root cause of our water flow issue. He went above and beyond, even taking the time to give us plumbing advice on what to look for when we buy our next house (we are in the process of moving). Great service at a great price!

They sent a plumber over almost immediately to look over our plumbing issue, which was evaluated and fixed promptly without any hassle. We are grateful we called them because they did a great job.

The plumber John came out due to all my 4 sinks from upstairs were leaking. He was very professional and changed the faucets and all the connections. Thanks again for sending him out promptly. He did such an amazing job.

I was working on my outside faucet and broke the pipe off in the wall, it was 6:45pm and I had to get it fixed asap. So my first thought was to call Roto Rooter. They were very friendly on the phone and sent Steve White out that night. He was determened to fix the problem. He stayed until 1:30 AM in the morning to make sure the job was done. He cleaned up the work area well. I would highly recomend Roto Rooter in Lakewood anytime.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers - 5/6/13 We used Steve with roto-rooter to fix a leaking outdoor water pipe. He was quick, efficient, friendly and knew what he was doing. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for plumbing help. They were available quickly and could fix the problem with no issues.
