Overall good experience Service was fast and thorough. Drain cleaning costs a lot of money, but I felt the guy who came to my house gave me a fair deal on the services provided. He was courteous and professional. He left some footprints on my carpet but cleaned up the bathrooms very well.
Roto-Rooter to the Rescue The curse of the clogged drain! I immediately went online & looked up a Plumber to get to our house ASAP to stop the water that was spewing out of our toilet. I was ever so lucky to come across Roto-Rooter in Tacoma. They were wonderful to deal with, from start to finish. The gal that answered the phone to schedule our service was very polite, continuing on with the Plumber that showed up, we actually ended up needing 2 of them! We had scheduled a plumber who could not come for four days and then called to postpone four more days. So we called Roto Rooter, and a plumber arrived the same day. We had some clogs, and they were eliminated in about an hour. There was a decade of grease build-up too, and we were instructed about how to get rid of that

William, the service guy from the Roto Rooter location that I had called, was great. He deduced the problem quickly, offered me an immediate discount due to it being a quick fix, and was knowledgable and communicative. I would definitely hire him again, and use Roto Rooter again as well.
We had a backup in our main line which flooded a portion of our basement. We called Roto-Rooter and were able to schedule someone to come quickly. Erfan showed up on time, was very professional and best of all was able to snake the line to clear the clog. Having never had plumbing issues in any home we have owned this was a first and I must say a different experience than what I thought. Thanks Roto-Rooter and Erfan for you quick prompt service!!
My son woke me this morning because there was a leak in my garage that he thought it was coming from upstairs bathroom. When I was trying to clean up the mess and figured out what went wrong, I didn't know who to call, so I googled any plumbing and Roto Rooter was the first place I noticed so I gave them a call. March 19,2015 Ryan McKenzie came out today to fix a broken pipe...It was a big job due to the fact that the pipe was located behind our cabinets. He was on time, very professional and did a great job! He even cleaned up the mess! I would highly recommend Ryan and Roto-Rooter. Sherrie
Adrian, Brandon & Jose did a fantastic job on my sewer line. Even though I did not have a problem at this time I was advised to replace the line as it ran under a driveway that I was having replaced. I was given a quote to pipe burst my old line and Adrian,Brandon & Jose showed up the next day. Brandon & Jose worked till well after dark to get the job done.
