We have had an ongoing issue with drains backing up in our house. We called Roto-Rooter and Todd was quick to assess the problem. The next day, Adrian, a camera specialist was able to confirm Todd's evaluation that outside pipes needed to be replaced. Rubin was able to complete the job on the very same day. Highly recommended! They sent a plumber (Phil) to our condo on a holiday to help fix the low water pressure in our sink. Phil was very knowledgeable and quickly determined the root cause of our water flow issue. He went above and beyond, even taking the time to give us plumbing advice on what to look for when we buy our next house (we are in the process of moving). Great service at a great price!
They sent a plumber over almost immediately to look over our plumbing issue, which was evaluated and fixed promptly without any hassle. We are grateful we called them because they did a great job.
The plumber John came out due to all my 4 sinks from upstairs were leaking. He was very professional and changed the faucets and all the connections. Thanks again for sending him out promptly. He did such an amazing job.
I was working on my outside faucet and broke the pipe off in the wall, it was 6:45pm and I had to get it fixed asap. So my first thought was to call Roto Rooter. They were very friendly on the phone and sent Steve White out that night. He was determened to fix the problem. He stayed until 1:30 AM in the morning to make sure the job was done. He cleaned up the work area well. I would highly recomend Roto Rooter in Lakewood anytime.

My husband had trouble putting in our garbage disposal. Two guys were at our home in about 2 hours. Steve was kind of rude in how he discussed the kind of disposal we had, but he did excellent work nonetheless. The job took them a lot longer than I expected, but they did good work.
