We called for service on a Sunday afternoon and had a technician at our door within 1 hr. Greg, our technician was friendly and efficient. He had our problem fixed within an hour.
The plumber, Joe,replaced shoddy materials installed by a contractor 10 years ago, although he could have used a "bandaid"...now, no leaks, better appearance, efficient, expeditious service!
I had just returned from a tour of duty in Afghanistan 2 days earlier when I walked downstairs and noticed the water backing up in my basement. I immedately called Roto Rooter and said I needed help fast. They said they would send someone out as soon as possible. Within the next hour a representative showed up and proceeded to fix my problem. He stayed and worked with the issue until he was satisfied with the results. Thank you Roto Rooter!
