Our normal plumber referred us to Roto-Rooter as we had a drain emergency during the weekend. They sent someone over within an hour. Greg was efficient, informative, and he cleaned up his work space after he finished.

Our sink drain was clogged by grease and noodles. Jeff arrived promptly and shared good information about our drain system while carefully and quickly solving the problem. He was friendly and made sure there were no leaks anywhere under the sink or in the drain pipe that he had snaked.

I called the office to schedule a service call. I was given a two hour window and to expect a call when the technician was on the way. He called within the window of time and was able to solve my issue. My only complaint is that the machine the tech used was so large it caused problems in my home. Due to the size, it does not work well in small homes or spaces. It would seem that there could be a smaller machine that would be just as effective. Response to water in basement was within an hour. Jeff explained what he did and what he found effectively, working diligently He had proper equipment and knew how to use it. He researched specific distance from house to city main before he arrived. He cleaned up better than expected. Nice and easy to deal with.

Greg with Roto-Rooter did an excellent job cleaning the main line from our house to the street. Complete clean-out with a scope of the main line letting me see the entire line, Cleaned up after himself and everything works super! May be a little pricey for some but I'm satisfied with the end service and it's been over 5 years since they serviced our sewer line which is in an older neighborhood with large old trees! For professional service I recommend Roto-Rooter!

I called and they were there within a couple hours. The tech had the price it would be over the phone and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was in and out and saved the day for us!!! Will definitely use again, if necessary in the future!

The technician came to our house within an hour of our call and completed the work within an hour on two different drains! He was very friendly and efficient. He even offered to help carry my groceries! I highly recommend Roto-rooter, they are great!

I called this morning and they were here within a few hours. Jason was extremely clean and careful and so very pleasant to work with. He fixed everything we asked for and went above and beyond. In this day and age of getting rushed answers and poor service, I have to say I received the complete opposite--someone who took time and care and this was much appreciated
