I called Roto-Rooter 6440 Havelock Ave Lincoln NE to Roto rooter a grease trap drain line at Denton American Legion in Denton NE and their response time was excellent and service was very professional and quick .I am the Manager at the Denton Legion and will refer Roto-Rooter to others .Trish S.
The National Website for Roto-Rooter Lincoln, NE threw me off because it listed service as being 24/7 with no extra cost. (that turned out to be incorrect) Other than that, "Greg," the technician, had a good attitude and got my drain back to draining again. This is the 3rd time in 10 years that I have used Roto-Rooter and see no reason to go anywhere else when the time comes to clear the drain again. Tom Geist
Even though I wish we didn't need to call them, they did a great job. Very friendly and professional service and came to the house very quickly. The service guy even cleaned up the mess and answered all of my silly questions.
Chris (#259) arrived at my house promptly and professionaly. He infomed of the problem when he found it and gave me details of cost before I committed to the service. He was very curteous and personable. I would call again and I would most definately recommend Roto-Rooter to others!!
Our hot water heater went out sometime today. Called Roto-Rooter at 7:00 tonight (Saturday night). Had a tech here by 8:00. He was able to fix our problem and get the hot water back within the hour. I WOULD RECOMMEND this company for any plumbing needs you have. Even though it was on a Saturdat night, the prices were very reasonable. Thanks Joe!!!

There's not a better, more efficient company you can call than Roto-Rooter. They helped us schedule a time that worked out perfectly with our schedule and helped us resolve a problem we've had for a number of years both quickly and efficiently. They also explained in detail exactly what they had done and how the system works; we were treated as very special customers. working in a fairly large office, I will advise everyone to call Roto-Rooter for their plumbing needs.
It was the weekend and had a sewer drain plugged up and the person was fast and did a excellent job thank you
