RecommendedI recently had to be provided service for plumbing of the pipes at my home last week and I was very impressed with the service that provided. The servicemen stayed a long time until the job was completed. That did the best they could do to ensure all work was done appropriately. I appreciate their diligence and persistence.
I needed an emergency service when the drain was clogged. They charged $500!!!! for a 30 min job, unclogging a drain! Never again!

I was very very impressed with Roto Rooter yesterday when all the drains and toilets got stopped up. They were at the house within and hour, it was raining on and off all day and they worked through it when there was a lot of outside digging to be done. And everything was working great when they finished. But most of all there was one tech named Ronnie who just immediately instilled confidence in the work and price quoted. I felt very comfortable with him, and I feel like he did his VERY best to take care of all my needs.
We had a pretty bad backup in our lines causing the sink to overflow..on a Saturday afternoon! Roto Rooter came to the rescue. The tech they sent out, Rafael (#2185), was very professional. He explained the situation and the solution. He successfully fixed the problem and left our unit clean. *****(five stars!!)
The Tech #1304 was very knowledgeable. Excellent service. wil call them again!
My issue required an after-hours emergency call. And Roto-Rooter did not fail me. They sent a tech to my home within 40 minutes. And what a fantastic tech they have - Trevin #2904. Very knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and personable. Tackled the problem like a pro. Best experience I've had with any service rep ever!
