My family has been ordering from Rotmans for years, but recently I bought a mattress that was set to come thursday, but due to a manufacturing error I was told that it would come a week late. I called Rotmans and they sent me an upgraded version on the mattress on the original date of delivery. I'm very happy with my new bed!

Back in 2013 we purchased a $2,000 sofa and recliner and it was not what we expected to say the least. I was so unhappy with it I voiced my displeasure to Rotmans. Dave Rotman reached out to me to see what they could do to win our business back. I can honestly say they have fully redeemed themselves and then some. The second time around we got exactly what we wanted and the entire staff including the excellent delivery men who went above and beyond to get our new set in our house.
