Bought 2 beds for my little girls. And after some issues, we worked everything out. David Rotman is a real stand up guy and genuinely cares about his customers. I believe if he could be there to help every customer have a great shopping experience, he would.
I love Rotmans! Love how they keep updating their inventory with new ideas and pieces. Love how you can get good ol' traditional customer service- always a person available to help you which is rare these days!
