our first visit to Rotmans. we got a sales associate, Chris Bourque. mr. bourque could have treated us any better!...he helped us look at a bunch of dining room sets till we finally found one we liked. chris went out of his way to look up and call regarding different sets available and available dates of delivery. what a great experience we had at Rotmans. if you are looking for great furniture with great service at great prices...go to Rotmans!
Rotman's is my favorite furniture store all our furnishings came from them and everything is lasting very well and still looking like the day we bought it!

I have always had a great experience at Rotmans- In and outside of work.
Terrible, unknowledgeable sales reps. High prices. LONG wait times for ordered items. Unreasonable delivery dates. Rot mans lost a lot of business from us (furniture for EVERY room in our house). Poor, poor business management.

Went in there to buy all new furniture. Was going to spend 10k. Was treated like ass and got a very sarcastic message from their bedding manager saying I need to talk you, putting it all on me . Well Bernie and Phyls had no issue treating us like real people . Bye bye and sale complete.
We have been loyal Rotman's customers for several years. On Saturday, we had a sleeper sofa delivered that we had ordered a few months ago. We had to put the delivery off a few weeks first due to a family vacation and then due to snow. The delivery guys, as always, were very prompt and professional. Our experience with sales staff has always been positive as well. They are helpful without being pushy. Thanks Rotmans!
