Excellent customer service & great prices!!! Bought furniture there 14 years ago and all of it stood the test of time - no brainer on where to go to furnish our new house!
My husband and I had such a great experience at Rotmans. The volume of furniture in the store it incredible and the Sales team as well at the delivery team had were extremely professional and courteous.
My couch was delivered today. It is fabulous. Customer service is very cooperative. I received my sofa earlier than I expected. Delivery employees were fast and friendly. I would buy from them again.

I bought a custom designed dining set and he sales staff were really helpful in explaining the options and showing on the design software what it would look. I am thrilled with the results. The delivery guys werequick, efficient, neat ND personable. Overall a great experience.
Not only was the initial salesperson (Marybeth)great to deal with but when I called two weeks later because they were having a sale Deb Kazinski went way above and beyond to ensure I was credited the price difference to my account. That makes me a customer for life knowing that they care about the customer and not just making a sale.
Great selection of quality furniture. Everything is real wood and well made. All of the staff and sales associates were great also, not pushy and not obnoxious. I felt welcomed and comfortable. Dissapointed that we were missing a piece to the bed (foot board). Had to wait til the next day for them to deliver it.
Just had our 2 new couches delivered! Every experience I've had at Rotmans is positive. Knowledgeable and very friendly staff. Our salesman Brian H, was very professional and helped out immensely in choosing our furniture. That's always a relief at Rotmans, the staff never haunts you like other stores. They are there in case you have questions but they really make you feel comfortable when shopping.
