Although we initially had a few issues, we were able to meet with Joel (GM), Guy McKee (director of operations for carland) and the service manager in order to address our concerns. Our meeting was very appropriately handled and they did an awesome job addressing and correcting our concerns. I would say they went above and beyond in order to make us happy Kia Carland customers!! Nice service recovery!

Second time being here. Second time I have left frustrated and disappointed. Took more than 3 hours to work on my car after I was told 90 minutes. All I came in for was 1 new tire and a 30,000 mile maintenance. I was told they don't price match in tires, then found an ad in the lobby for Kia's price match guarantee. Then there were the other 5 things pissing me off... Last time at Kia Carland

Worked with Lanny Lee to get my certified like new 2015 Kia Sorento and it was a great experience! The process started with test sitting in several vehicles, then a second visit for a test drive. That vehicle was on display but that was "not a problem". The staff was always friendly and helpful, no high pressure tactics and they worked to get us our price point and finance rate.
