I looked at the reviews and most of the bad ones focus on the service dept. This is another failure in that area. Maybe it is time to replace the people working in that area! Make sure you verify everything they said they reported they did to carfax. My carfax stated Kia Carland did complete inspection on vehicle as well as replaced the engine air filter and the cabin filter. Great Dealership with Awesome customer service. Will continue to come here for my service on my Kia hybrid. Bought my hybrid at another location but will come here for service. Love they will take you to work and come back and get you . Not too many offer this service.
Outstanding experience! We've been shopping for a KIA SOUL Exclaim and had unpleasant experiences at a few local dealerships. KIA Carland was the exception, they quoted me a great price for a 2016 Soul over the phone. When we arrived we were greeted, offered soda, water, coffee, etc. The total price was exactly what they said it would be!
