Really a good experience. No full-on pressure. Orsino Anderson is the man! Very friendly and responsive to all my questions, especially after the sale. Waddell White helped make it all happen. What a finance guy! Good folks over there. They have a new fan. Highly recommended.
Unbelievably amazing group, I have been going there for the past year and a half now. Management blocks charging stations to prevent any cars from charging. I drive by everyday and there are a several cars parked in the charging spots. When trying to charge, we ask the receptionist, salesman, manager to move at least one car, they give the excuse that the manager is in a meeting. Managers always do meetings in the morning before doors open. I've worked at several car dealers before. Very inconsiderate of EV owners.

These people are awful! I told them my limitations and they kept me there for 5 hours and I told them when I got there I had already been awake for 29 hours and came at me with a offer that would insult a Rich man! I told them in the beginning what my limits were! These people do this for a living and you mean to tell me they could not look at everything and not knownroght away that they could not keep me in my limits? BULL CRAP! 5 hours later they insult me! Do not ever go to this place they are such a darn joke!!!!!

Mr. Lee was very knowledgeable of market price and assisted me with every single concern I had on the vehicle after taking it to get inspected, they took care of of a required alignment, low fluid level, and cabin filter. The car was well maintained and had a very up to date carfax. I'd recommend for anyone doing business with these guys. I left one star out only because they forgot to add my warranty taxes in with my financing which I had to come out of pocket for at the end once I payed for my tag, only a minor gripe after... read more
