After buying my bmw from Jo at Rosso, I was pleased to receive first class customer service after having a few niggles on the car. Nothing short of amazed at how this company is still standing, in April my brother bought a Volkswagen Tiguan for £25,000 from this joke of a company, my brother purchased this car on a weekend and then worked away all week, on the weekend after he had bought the car the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree, my brother contacted the company about the car and told them he was declining the car due to the issues and dropped it off back at the lot, the company had a look into the issues and told us the car had been in a “cras... read more
