Great staff - remote location
We faced significant challenges getting our Mercedes Sprinter van repaired at Rygor Heathrow, despite the issue being fully covered under the Mercedes warranty. The vehicle was held for nearly four weeks with repeated delays—initially due to pending approval from Mercedes, followed by ongoing requests for service history.
