Worst experience imaginable. I had to reschedule an appointment because of an emergency visit to the Hospital. They are demanding a full payment in advance before they even drop by the house to see the job. I appreciate that they have policies in place in case of appointment cancellations, but even after I agreed to pay them in advance - they refuse to issue an invoice. The worst experience I had with a company. The engineers were late for one hour. The receptionist was rude. Best advice - stay away from this company if possible.
I can't rate this business highly enough. They are always prompt, friendly, informative, hard working and great value for money. Will always use them for my doors and windows.
