We booked due its location, for a little walking trip. We were greeted by a lovely lady , who helped us to find a great pub ( The Ram Inn) for our food. She told us the does and don’ts and then showed us our pod. Which was spotless clean with a huge bed . There was a fridge, kettle, utensils, towels and complementary tea and coffee. Room is smaller than expectations. Clean and tidy inside. Basic cutlery is available. Shower room and toilet is clean. Location is accessible. Bar / cafeteria / convenience store not open most of time during the period of stay

Due to a longer than expected wait for a house completion we had an extended stay at the cottages. We were made to feel welcome, the cottages were perfect for what we needed and the grounds and area helped us relax. It’s a little way from any shops so we would recommend planning ahead if you don’t have a car but there is a good bus service and taxis are easily accessible. Thoroughly recommend a stay here

The pod was really comfy, tidy, and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. A lovely little spot, we’d happily come again!
