I attend rossdale regularly for eating disorder health monitoring, never had a problem there. Staff are all lovely. Seen a couple of different doctors there and the team who run the blood clinic, everyone of them are super nice and they actually listen and try help. I prefere them to my own gp if im honest. Rossdale is 10/10.
Waited six months to get an appointment here after suffering crippling anxiety. Got assessed and felt that my mental health issues was being questioned and undermined. After the assessment got a generic letter saying I was being discharged, no follow up appointment or referrals to any other agencies. Completely unethical. Obviously part of this can be on account of an underfunded NHS however, after reading the other reviews it seems also feeling disregarded by some of the staff which also aligns with my experience
I sought help due to my depression and thoughts of suicide. I was told I would be discussed on Wednesday and phone back on Friday. On Friday I was told I hadn't been discussed yet and had to phone back Monday- all during this time with suicidal thoughts with no support. When I phoned on Monday the receptionist had the worst tone and attitude starting with "You've been rejected from the team". Reading these reviews I was really worried ahead of my appointment today. Because of brain fog I showed up an hour early, but the woman at the front desk was so friendly. Can't remember my doctor's last name but his first name was Liam, and he had a student Lewis with him. They saw me 40mins early and were excellent the whole way through.
I am under the care of rossdale resource centre and have always had a good experiance. Everyone there is lovely.
