Got to my appointment to be told it was cancelled and I should have been notified, got offered a potential appointment for the week later, was told I'd get a phone call. .I didnt and have heard nothing since despite calling
One of the worst places my GP referred me to was for my mental health and after 10 months, even though I had a history of suicide, self-immolation and self-harm, they told me there was nothing they could do for your situation. They call it a support team, but in reality they made my mental health and condition worse.
I attend rossdale regularly for eating disorder health monitoring, never had a problem there. Staff are all lovely. Seen a couple of different doctors there and the team who run the blood clinic, everyone of them are super nice and they actually listen and try help. I prefere them to my own gp if im honest. Rossdale is 10/10.
Waited six months to get an appointment here after suffering crippling anxiety. Got assessed and felt that my mental health issues was being questioned and undermined. After the assessment got a generic letter saying I was being discharged, no follow up appointment or referrals to any other agencies. Completely unethical. Obviously part of this can be on account of an underfunded NHS however, after reading the other reviews it seems also feeling disregarded by some of the staff which also aligns with my experience
